Seventh Annual Arkansas Culinary Classic
Ready, Set, Cook and WIN. The Arkansas Hospitality Association is hosting its seventh annual culinary competition and wants to showcase Arkansas' Chefs. Chefs may compete in four categories: Soup/Salad, Dessert, Entree, or Appetizer. Each chef must provide a presentation plate, three judging plates, and 250 tastings of each entry for the culinary dinner.
Guests can purchase tickets to try the entries for $45 per person. Wine and beer tasting, along with the after party, are included in that price.

Judging starts at 4:30p.m. and Dinner begins at 6:30p.m.
Winners will receive Medals and CASH prizes!
1st place-$500.00 per category
2nd place-$300.00 per category
3rd place-$200.00 per category

We need your help in making the 2010 Arkansas Hospitality Association's Silent Auctin a great success! THe Silent Auction gets a tremendous response each year from trade show attendees and exhibitors alike. Proceeds from this event help to fund our Arkansas culinary students. This year's Silent Auction will be held in conjunction with the Seventh Annual Arkansas Culinary Classic in Govenor's Hall IV of the State House Convention Center, Tuesday, September 21st.
