The ServSafe Manager Online Course, 6th Edition is the web-based version of the industry-leading ServSafe Manager Book, 6th Edition training program (introduced in April). The newly recalibrated ServSafe content includes optimized, focused material created by the industry, for the industry.
The online course material is bilingual (English/Spanish) and features interactivity allowing the learner to practice real-life situations; maintain a progress bar to keep pace; access text and audio to both read and hear course content; have a glossary of food safety terms, printable study guides and reference materials; and take a post-course practice test. The online course is available for Windows and Mac, allowing for easy implementation on various learning management systems.
The Online ServSafe® Managers Course is valid for 1 year after purchasing. All purchases of the ServSafe Manager Online Course are final. Prior to purchasing, please review the technical system requirements to ensure this program will work with your computer configuration. Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.
Following the completion of the online course, you will need a proctor to administer the exam. The course exam will not be accessible without a registered proctor. A proctor can be scheduled to meet with you or you may register to attend any of the regularly scheduled classes listed on our website to take the printed exam.
