This program is designed to enhance your staff's knowledge of Little Rock, boost their confidence in providing valuable resources to guests, and improve your business's reputation in the community. Upon completion, participants will earn the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) designation, along with a certificate and lapel pin. This is more than just a certification—it's an opportunity to become a true ambassador, ensuring every visitor has a memorable and positive experience in our city. |
