Training Materials: All materials for training classes are shipped one to two weeks prior to the scheduled training class. Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Event Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable.

No shipments will be made for orders less than one week from the event.
